Antoinette is Director of Business & Regulatory Law for Retail Business Services LLC, a division of Ahold Delhaize, a multi-billion dollar international grocery retail company operating stores in Europe and the east coast of the US, including Stop & Shop, Giant, Giant/Martin’s, Food Lion and Hannaford stores and the Peapod online grocer.
Antoinette is an experienced business attorney with over 25 years of experience, including the past 20 years at Ahold Delhaize and Stop & Shop. She provides strategic thought partnership and counsel to her business partners on a host of commercial and regulatory matters and negotiates a wide-range of vendor contracts for the Merchandising, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Human Resources, eCommerce, IT and Store Operations areas of the company. Antoinette’s practice also has included managing antitrust compliance, antitrust litigation and government inquiries. She also handles data monetization and privacy matters, regulatory and corporate compliance matters, vendor communications and vendor dispute resolution.
Prior to working for the Ahold Delhaize companies, Antoinette was a corporate associate at the law firm of Ropes & Gray in Boston. She is a former Director and Co-Chair of the Board of Directors of The Freedom House, a local Boston non-profit that helps innercity youth create pathways to success through education, community service, and leadership development.
Antoinette also serves as a mentor for students and young professionals. She is a proud member of Bethel AME Church. A native of Boston, Antoinette is the daughter of a hardworking single mother from the Cathedral Projects in Boston’s South End community and is herself the proud mother of two amazing children, Eain (Morehouse College Class 2020) and Ambria (Spelman College Class 2022). Antoinette graduated with Cum Laude Honors from Harvard-Radcliffe College, with an AB degree in Government, earned her JD from Harvard Law School, and is an alum of Boston Latin Academy high school.
