Ploy comes to CommonWealth Kitchen with extensive experience in food, education, entrepreneurship, and business. Before joining CommonWealth Kitchen, she was the Program Director at Cambridge Center for Adult Education running over 300 food, wine, business, and technology classes annually for seven years. She also previously worked as a financial analyst for the largest real estate developer in Thailand. In addition to her work at CommonWealth Kitchen, she teaches cooking classes at Cambridge Center for Adult Education. She has taught over 2,500 students to cook Asian cuisines. She also offers a private online cooking class on her Ploy’s Kitchen website.
Ploy graduated from Harvard University with a Master’s Degree in Sustainability and also received a Certificate in Corporate Sustainability and Innovation. She also graduated from Cambridge College with a Master’s Degree in Education. Her bachelor’s degree was in Business and Administration, majoring in Finance and Investment. Ploy loves cooking. In her free time, she always creates a new dish using whatever she has in the fridge. Her favorite food is “anything” noodles.
