Nabila joined CommonWealth Kitchen in January 2022 to assist with food safety and quality. Nabila’s role is to ensure the compliance with FDA (Food and Drug Administration), FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act), and city and state health regulations. She also builds, implements, trains, and enforces food safety standards in our facility.
Nabila has a master’s degree in food quality and over six years of experience in the food industry between manufacturing and catering. She enjoys trying a new and different food and tasting a new recipe.
