Anchor & Rye is an artisanal baking company focused on creating deeply nourishing, flavor-rich breads and baked goods through time-honored techniques and intentional sourcing. Specializing in sourdough, the bakery uses organic heritage grains from Northeast farms, stone-milled flour, and long fermentation processes that enhance both flavor and digestibility. Beyond bread, the same philosophy extends to cookies, banana bread, and other baked goods made with pasture-raised eggs, cultured butter, and high-quality, ethically sourced ingredients.
