Caitlin has 8 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a background spanning both operations and marketing at The Works Café. As a Shift Supervisor at the Durham, NH location, she supported team coordination, customer service, scheduling, and daily operations, gaining valuable experience in the day-to-day logistics of a fast-paced food service business. For four of those years, she also served as Marketing Coordinator and Brand Ambassador, where she developed marketing strategies, built community partnerships, and supported the mission of nourishing people and community.
