Caitlin has 8 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a background spanning both operations and marketing at The Works Café. As a Shift Supervisor at the Durham, NH location, she supported team coordination, customer service, scheduling, and daily operations, gaining valuable experience in the day-to-day logistics of a fast-paced food service business. For four of those years, she also served as Marketing Coordinator and Brand Ambassador, where she developed marketing strategies, built community partnerships, and supported the mission of nourishing people and community.
At Commonwealth Kitchen, Caitlin brings this combination of operational and communication skills to her role as Manufacturing Operations Manager. She oversees production logistics, account and relationship management, and supply chain coordination, supporting a wide range of food entrepreneurs, regional farms, and institutional partners. With a passion for building strong systems and fostering collaboration, Caitlin is focused on improving efficiency, strengthening client partnerships, and advancing CWK’s mission of creating a more just, sustainable, and inclusive food economy.
