Husband-wife owners Richard Kim and Jiyeon Lee don’t come from the restaurant world. He was a mathematician working in AI; she was a beautician. Friends who enjoyed her home cooking encouraged them to start a business, leading to a food truck in 2024 and later their brick-and-mortar in Jamaica Plain.
