Our Story
Founded by Eric Vega, a Basque native who always knew he wanted to bring a piece of his homeland to the United States, Ibericos Fine Food was created to share the most representative Spanish gastronomy. From jamón Ibérico to paella and traditional tapas (pintxos in Basque), each experience reflects the flavors and traditions of a region known for having one of the highest concentrations of Michelin-starred restaurants in the world. Through these experiences, we aim to bring not just food, but a true sense of place, culture, and craftsmanship to New England.
