John has worked in food manufacturing for four decades concentrating on the operations side as Director of Engineering and Facilities for the last 20 years. He has extensive experience growing companies manufacturing capabilities, reducing waste, reducing costs, increasing throughput, lowering cost per unit, and managing a diverse range of technicians. Skilled in identifying and managing capital projects from an idea through implementation, and after. Lead building expansion projects and purchase and installation of new manufacturing equipment. Here at CWK, John is responsible for the property, building and all equipment. He assists Members with equipment options available, more efficient ways to work and to safely use equipment, among other requests. Working towards improving efficiency in the CoManufacturing space to reduce labor cost per unit.
John earned his Bachelors in Business from Stonehill College and a MBA in Finance from Babson College. A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and possess a 2nd Class Fireman’s license.
He enjoys water activities, skiing, woodworking, horses and stained glass.
