Kurt Faustin is the founder of The Dropout, a performance and emotional intelligence platform focused on helping individuals and organizations strengthen leadership, resilience, communication, and mental wellness. A TEDx speaker and Certified Brain-Based Coach through the NeuroLeadership Institute, Kurt is known for bridging the gap between emotional intelligence and high performance through storytelling, behavioral science, and culturally relevant education.
With over a decade of experience, Kurt has facilitated workshops, keynotes, and trainings for schools, nonprofits, corporations, and community organizations across the country, including partnerships with Harvard University, the City of Boston, Chase Bank, United Way, and numerous school districts throughout Massachusetts. His work has impacted more than 50,000 people and generated millions of views online through conversations centered on mindset, entrepreneurship, stress management, leadership, and emotional wellness.
Kurt created the G.R.A.D. System™, a framework designed to help people break free from limiting mindsets, regulate emotions under pressure, and create sustainable personal and professional growth. His mission is rooted in empowering people, especially within Black and Brown communities, to build lives and businesses that are emotionally healthy, purpose-driven, and impactful.
