EB & Flow Catering INC is a Boston-based, full-service catering and beverage company delivering elevated, culturally immersive food and beverage experiences for private events, corporate clients, nonprofit organizations, and community gatherings across Massachusetts. Founded in 2023, the company offers a range of services, including drop-off and full-service catering, mobile bar service, and beverage consulting. Its product offerings span curated menus, craft cocktails, and a robust non-alcoholic beverage program, alongside a mobile café concept serving coffee, teas, lemonades, and specialty drinks at pop-ups and public events. EB & Flow also collaborates with local chefs, event partners, and POC-owned vendors to create customized, high-quality experiences that reflect the needs and identities of the communities it serves. At its core, EB & Flow’s mission is to create immersive, high-quality food and beverage experiences that raise hospitality industry standards while expanding access for underserved communities. Our Story

EB & Flow is motivated by the opportunity to use hospitality as a conduit to equity, inclusion, and opportunity. With more than a decade of experience building beverage programs and working in Boston’s food and beverage industry, I have a birds eye view of both the power of a high quality dining experience and the barriers that keep underserved communities from participating in and accessing the economic upside of the hospitality sector. As a member of those same communities I’ve felt the impact of denied accessibility and aim to bridge those gaps. EB & Flow was born from a longing for representation and equity. Through various roles I’ve witnessed the power of inclusion and the need for education, dignity and access within the sector. As a woman of color, my tenacious nature was met with perception bias. I strategically adopted my middle name, Nicole, early on, which opened doors that would have previously remained shut. 2023 was the junction where I decided to live authentically and established EB & Flow Catering Inc. EB & Flow not only represents who I am as a woman but is also a testament to the ebbs and flows I’ve experienced throughout my career.
