Roshona Bilash USA is a homemade ethnic food business that specializes in producing achar (pickle) and ghee (clarified butter). Our unique recipes are made without any preservatives or additives, ensuring authentic and fresh flavors. We currently operate out of our home kitchen in Cambridge and cater primarily to the South Asian community across the United States.

Our main goal over the next year is to legalize our business with local and federal requirements, bring our products to the local market, build our customer base, and share our culture with others through these foods. In the next five years, we plan to introduce our products to South Asian communities across the USA and expand our customer base.
