Living most of her life in the food mecca of New Orleans has given Ericca a deep appreciation for a wide variety of cuisines and the cultures surrounding them. A meal may be a grand spectacle presented with pageantry and fanfare, or a simple cozy moment shared between friends. Above all, she believes food invites conversation and brings people together. Ericca currently spends her time chasing the perfect cup of coffee; though New England may have some tasty blends, as of yet nothing compares to the delicious concoctions brewed in the Big Easy.
